Chapter 28
- Working alone without interruption had been just what Teegan needed. She had the stories selected and layouts ready for the first issue, at least the first draft ideas.
- For more time than she should have, she’d dwelled on the fact that all the lights popping the past few weeks had been from her. It scared her to even think she was capable of something like that without even thinking about it. How long would it take to control this? Was there a way to turn it off completely until she needed it? That and about a dozen or so more questions she had for Lee and Wes tonight.
- Picking up the folders, she decided to take them to Leland now. If they were both in agreement on what she’d done, they could have first proofs by next week. Amongst everything else happening, she was still excited that the first issue, she’d completely overseen was going to go to publication.
