Chapter 334 Nolan’s Confession
- Jocelyn didn’t say a single word, but her silence was perceived as an agreement. Thus, Nolan raised his eyebrows and assumed that everything was in his favor. “As long as you’re happy, I’m willing to do anything for you.” Nolan paused briefly before he asked, “Tell me, Jocelyn. Do you like those fireworks?”
- Do I like those fireworks? Of course I do. Jocelyn couldn’t deny that she enjoyed the fireworks. After all, she was just like any other young lady who couldn’t stop indulging in romantic fantasies, one of which was about a man who would do anything and everything for them without fearing any consequences.
- Well, it seems that I have Nolan to thank for giving me this surprise. After all, I wouldn’t have the chance to experience something like this if it weren’t for him. Nonetheless, Jocelyn knew that she mustn’t tell Nolan about how she truly felt—she knew that his self-centered personality would blind him from considering the opinions and feelings of others. If he keeps giving me surprises like that, he is bound to disrupt the lives of many others in the city—I need to put a stop to it before everyone else knows that he’s doing this for me!
