Chapter 136 A Misunderstanding
- “What are you trying to accomplish right now?” A series of guesses quickly formed in Sebastian’s mind the moment he saw Nelly.
- “You and your mother have been torturing one another for years now, Sebastian; it’s about time this all came to an end. She’s not as cold as you think she is. Aren’t you curious to find out how she’d respond when she thought that you got kidnapped?” Hans uttered. Sebastian’s entire body stiffened upon hearing the other man’s words. What would my mother do if I got kidnapped just like my brother did? I guess I’m pretty curious to watch what she would do.
- Nelly had kept her word, and she arrived at the room all by herself. The “Sebastian” in the room had his face covered and was lying in one corner. She felt her heart clenching when she saw hints of blood-like stains on the man’s sleeve, but she quickly forced herself to calm down. She didn’t want to reveal any trace of emotion in front of the kidnappers.
