Chapter 53

• Harper texted Morgan asking how the date went. She had set it up to be a bit earlier than hers and Ethan’s date. She had to admit she was a bit nervous. But she felt her nerves were more because she was going on a date with Ethan and not Caleb. She knew that she likes both of them. But she also knew the feeling she had for Ethan was nothing compared to her feelings for Caleb. There’s a part of her that had wished Caleb was the one picking her up. But at the same time Ethan also knew this wasn’t a real date. So maybe they’d both realize during it all that they were meant to be and put a final end to these small confusing emotions.
• Harper watches as Ethan pulled into her driveway in his Mustang Cobra. Harper didn’t know a lot about cars but she had learned some from Morgan over the years and one of her favorite cars was actually a 1968 Ford Shelby Mustang. But the newer Cobras probably were the only other mustang she liked. She watched him park and get out of the car. He walked over towards and smiled.
