Chapter 25

• By Sunday morning Harper had already packed her bags and was ready to go, she had questioned a few outfits she had thrown in. She was sharing a room with Caleb and that meant he would see her each night in her night gown. But she only had a few and all were the same. Short and light. She didn’t really care to sleep in anything most nights, she actually preferred sleeping naked. But that was clearly out of the question so all she had was 2 nightgowns one of which Caleb had already seen her in. The rest was lots of dresses and fashion worthy outfits for all the events they would be going to, along with a few comfy outfits if they decided to go out and enjoy London a little before coming back home.
• She went to her bar and poured herself a cup of whiskey and chugged it.
• “Why did I get myself into the mess.” She muttered to herself.
