• I'm sitting beside Callan in one of his large planes and I can't help but think about what he said about that necklace. He said it was the day we met . I remember vividly being pulled from the crashing bike by a boy and finding a necklace later . I had strap it to my bike on my way home before I was sold. I didn't get to return the necklace to him. Callan is the boy that pulled me from that bike? Did Anne impersonate me too? Did she tell him she was me?
• Then I'm not sorry for sleeping with the man she loves. He chose her because he thought she was me. Perhaps I'm where I should be but all that will change when Anika returns. No matter what I do now, he'll chose her over me and it hurts to know that.
