• All through the carriage ride, anxiety got the best of Freya. She can't seem to wrap her head around everything happening to her lately. It's almost as if the goddess has turned her back on her. Ronan’s behavior appeared very odd to her and she had to think quickly on a good enough lie. Thankfully she had an alibi.
• However, that didn’t stop her from worrying that it might be her brother who tried to hurt Ronan. Levi is all kinds of things and he is quite unpredictable. As soon as the carriage stopped, she hurried into the house. To avoid being noticed Freya had dropped her royal regalia for a plain dress.
