Chapter 33 Sisters Bound

Alice was still seated on the couch with the binder of Damon's sanitary pad company, opened on her lap. Hours had already passed and she had been up for those passed hours, carefully studying the different types of pads and tampons that Damon had brought with him on their trip. It was already 4am, and Alice was exhausted. She had been so focused on the binder that she hadn't even realized how late it had gotten.
Damon was already fast asleep, his breathing deep and even. Alice couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy as she watched him sleep so peacefully.
As she flipped through the pages of the binder, Alice couldn't help but wonder why Damon had entrusted her with this task. Even though she was his assistant, this was a personal matter. Surely, Damon should be awake with her as well in case she needs to ask him some questions but there he was, sleeping.
