Chapter 29 Friday, Fifth December I

• Friday, 5th December. Alice, her little sister and Damon already got to their destination. They were in one of the luxurious hotels in the United Kingdom. He booked just one hotel room and preferred to share it with Alice and her baby sister because he gave people the impression that Alice was his wife and her little sis was his child. They were all inside the room, looking tired and were all asleep.
• Alice woke up to the sound of her little sister cooing in her sleep. She opened her eyes and looked around the dimly lit hotel room. It was a big room with just enough space for an enormous bed, a luxurious table, and a TV mounted on the wall and many other luxurious things such as air conditioner, etc. Alice had never been to the United Kingdom before, but she had always imagined her first trip here would be different.
• She got out of bed quietly, careful not to wake her sister. She walked over to the window and opened the curtains. The sunlight streamed in, casting a warm glow over the room. Alice took a deep breath and looked out at the unfamiliar cityscape. She felt a mix of excitement and fear. She had never been so far away from home before, and the thought of being alone in a foreign country with her little sister made her nervous.
