• She looked at the almost full moon that seemed to screaming and crying out for her to go join it in the night sky’s embrace. It made her think of Ascelin, and their fight before he had left, presumably to fix whatever situation she had undoubtedly caused by accident.
• The following days after her outburst had made her reconsider everything that she had gone through. Crescent had realized that Ascelin was trying to protect her by not saying a thing and instead had chosen to make her angry at him so that she wouldn’t get hurt… which made her feel worse about continuously lying about who she was.
