It had been a few days since Ascelin had left to return to the city that he had taken her to on his birthday, and she had now found out that the city’s name was Celeste, and that they were living in the Moon Crest pack lands. She had only learned of this information because Bran had given her his old “Laptop,” so that she could learn more about what was around them. Crescent also had an alternative reason for using it. she wanted to learn more about what had transpired while she was in hiding, and how the Lycans had dealt with the curse.
• With the single piece of metal, she managed to figure out much more than she could have imagined… the Lycan’s unsurprisingly turned black fur into the proof that they were blessed by her and that it was also a protective thing in general while the white fur of true omegas was a punishment for being weak and made it easier for them to be spotted. This was stupid because black fur was just as seasonal as white fur depending on the living environment.
