• Lilian left and headed to the counter and wasn't surprised to see Damian waiting there for her. He seemed as if he had been there for a while. She knew: he didn't look like the shopping type.
• He was waiting to pay for their purchases. He also hoped to catch a glimpse of Lilian's dress. His curiosity was already at its peak. He walked up to the counter a brought out his golden debit card.
• The kind dark lady was at the counter and Lilian stood at a distance watching the lady and hoping she would keep to her promise.
