- The sequence of events in our chat makes my head spin. Miki exits the cabana and uses one hand to hold the curtain open for me while extending the other to assist me in standing up.
- We stroll by the glistening blue pool and enter the ballroom, where people are having drinks and dancing. I gnaw on my cheek, engrossed in thought, while everyone else looks to be carefree.
