Chapter 107
- I walked out of the bedroom and stood at the top of the stairs. I could hear the music playing from downstairs as everyone was enjoying themselves in the ballroom. I thought I would be nervous but I wasn't. Marci stood in front of me and Langston stood on the side. I reached up and hooked my arm in his as we made our way downstairs. Each step brought anticipation of what was in store for the night.
