Chapter 93 The Last Supper Part II

  • “So, you all here, walked out of the kitchen on the morning on the first ball, leaving only three ladies. I had asked so many times and literally begged until you all agreed to cater for the whole week but then just walked out with no notice. I don’t know if you wanted to sabotage me or the whole pack. If everything went in the way you wanted, there would have not been any food for the pack and leaders the whole day, the whole week in fact. The whole pack would have suffered which just shows that in this pack we don’t have unity. But I will not talk much because you have been catering for this pack all these years with no compensation or appreciation. So, for that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, from the whole royal family. Thank you so much.” I finished off, their heads bowed, some even crying. The king was red by then, sure he just heard of the matter. Brum was not better, I was sure he had a lot of things he wanted to say about it but held himself along with the king. I did not know how I felt about it but it was good that they had my back at some point.
  • “I will change the way the pack members rank here. From now on, you won’t rank because of who your family is but on your own hard work. With that said, everyone quickly get up.” I said out with chairs pushed back. The warriors were the first to get up, fast and I liked that. They stood away from the tables and it caused so much chaos. The hall was huge but with all of them standing it was a lot.
  • “Can all warriors come and take seats at this table, fill it in.” I said with warriors walking. It was so easy with them since they already had ranks between them so they knew who would seat before who. It was so easy and fast. It had me so proud yet I could not take credit for that.
