Chapter 38 - A Monster

• Sterling's tiny teeth were visible as they grew larger and more pointed. The child glared at him, poised for a blow. The kidnapper's entire body began to shake.
• He advanced, causing the man to shiver in terror, saying, "Go and find something to keep my brothers warm right now before I damage your other leg too."
• The man fled the little room, not forgetting to shut the door behind him as he did so. Sterling began to breathe heavily. He calmed down, and his breathing became normal again. He felt something weird behind him, and he slumped against the wall, absolutely afraid. He extended his hand slowly to his buttocks, and as he made contact with it, his fear almost made him pass out. It felt like a big, fluffy ball.
