Chapter 157 - Enzo's Confession

• Jessie, for one, had obviously not come to that realization yet. Alone with herself in a damp, cold confinement like an animal, she had no company except herself. They just allowed Caiden to occupy her mind. Her wolf would not stop howling, and she knew one thing for sure: she could not go on without the greatest love of her life.
• She heard footsteps hurrying toward her. Her heart skipped a beat at the thought that it might be a remorseful Caiden coming to her aid, but her shocked expression proved she was wrong.
• When Enzo was pushed inside, he yelled out in agony. Jessie showed contempt for her own brother and did nothing to assist him. She secretly thought that he was the only one to blame for her horrible misfortune. If Jessie hadn't given in to his insanity, all of this could have been prevented.
