Leo entered the office on Tuesday with a heavy heart. He had left the office last night just about an hour after Amara had left. He had promised her that he would try to discover who had sent that email, but he had no idea where to start. Last night, he was so furious that his mind could not think logically. He had known that he would not have been able to do anything productive at the office, so he had left.
He stopped by Amara's home, but she wouldn't answer the door, if she was even home. He didn't push too much. He had seen how she had pulled away from him yesterday, and the last thing he was going to do was scare her. But how could he make her believe that he loved her and would never hurt her if she would not even speak to him? There was only one answer. He had to find out who had sent that email and email her the proof that he was not involved with it.
