• One of two things was going on here. Either Amara was in way over her head and messing up and acting out like this to hide them, or someone was really sabotaging her. Leo tended to believe the latter. But who?
• Tyrant McKinney had been very upset that he had employed her over his advice, but he had been upset with Leo, not with Amara. And for goodness' sake, surely someone who worked in HR would be above this kind of schoolboy nonsense. Leo simply could not think of anyone else who would have it in for Amara. He was going to find out what was going on, though.
