• I arrived in his office at the same time as Vinnie, but we never spoke a word to each other in the open, we just pretended not to know each other as we walked in different directions, going on the same mission. She has a flash drive, and so do I. There is a technician waiting for us in my house with a few guards watching closely so he doesn’t plant bugs in my house while I’m away.
• These days you can’t be too careful, you know, and you can’t trust people so easily either. I mean, Nathan trusts me and Laura trusts her best friend too. But here we are, plotting against them, trying to separate them and also destroy their companies. I can’t let anyone come so close to destroying everything my father has worked so hard to achieve. So I had to get extra security just to make sure my house was safe, even in my absence.
