Chapter 43 Catching Hayley In Her Lies

• POV: Nathan
• “The next time your girlfriend comes to my office to ask about you, I’ll get her kicked out by security. I don’t care what you do with her in your office and hotels, but I’ll advise you to keep her on a tight leash and keep her away from me.” Laura texted me, adding some angry emojis at the end. I was on my way back to the office when I got that text and I sighed in frustration as I wondered what Hayley had done this time.
• She had visited my office every day for the past one month, I mean for four good weeks she had come in here and had refused to leave until we left the office together. She is so clingy and overbearing, I just can’t stand her. I would have asked her to leave and stop coming to my offices, or I could have instructed the security guards to keep her away, but I’m still not talking to Laura, and I figured I would use Hayley to get back at her for choosing that moron over me. So even if Hayley is as annoying as ever, I just have to put up with her and spend more time with her just to get back at Laura and annoy her. I’ve not contacted her since that night.
