• "I'll give you what you want, Sophie!" That's what he said, and the words kept repeating in my mind. I sent him away, and that's exactly what he did. Patrick didn't stay with me and open up, he didn't refuse to leave and force me to listen to how much he liked me and wanted me. He didn't do any of that, he just gave me what I wanted by leaving.
