• Clearly, he was not expecting that, as he withdrew completely from me, his face completely morphed with anger but then he chuckled, confusing me completely.
• “One million, my offer still stands” once I realised what he was talking about, the confusion I was feeling got replaced with fury. He just knew how to test my buttons. I raised my hand to knock some sense into him, but this time he was faster to stop me, he tsked “That won’t work again on me sweetheart.” He said, before pulling my hand to bring me closer to him, squishing me on his chest leaving no room for me to escape.
• “Two million, three, name your price! I don’t care how much it is but I will have you! You clearly have nothing! You think those meaningless jobs will get you by!” His voice raised a bit the more he spoke, a side that I had not yet seen from him. My eyes raised in alarm. “You have three days to give me an answer” he said before handing me his business card and then leaving the premises all together.
