Chapter 118 Decision
- ELENA'S POV:
- "Tell me it's not true Elena. You're not pregnant for him, are you? You're just saying this to push me away." He stated as he gripped my shoulders, but I ripped myself away from his hands. My response caused a shocked look to appear on his face. Yes, I had never opposed him. He looked at me like I wasn't the same Elena he knew and the look broke me. But I had to return to Derek. I turned and walked away from Antonio, making my way to the ballroom. I glanced around for Derek before I felt a tap on my shoulder. I jumped slightly but was relieved to find out it was Derek. We locked gaze for a while and I could tell that he overheard our discussion but he didn't ask any questions, instead, he gave me a look that asked if I was ready to leave. I nodded and followed him out of the ball. From there, we drove home. I took off my gown and kind of had difficulty unzipping the gown and looked over my shoulder at Derek.
- I needn't say anything, he came and helped unzip my outfit, slowly, in a very slow manner like he was taking his time to stare at my skin. But then nothing was said, there was only silence except for the quiet thud that met the ground. I stepped out of the gown and noticed Derek was watching my every movement. He had brought me to his room anyway, and it was clear it was for this reason. He leaned against the pillow on his bed, having taken his shirt and shoe off. He was left in trousers but kept his eyes on me. His tattoo made him seem attractive. His body gave nothing but masculinity. I was standing right in front of the mirror in lingerie before I walked towards the bed and crawled on top of it. I thought he was going to make a move, but he didn't. I could guess he had more pressing matters to think about. So the room remained silent while I lay down to have my beauty sleep. I was getting really dizzy.
