Chapter 42

• I left the doctor's office and headed straight to the registration room. I got there to see a mini crowd formed outside of it.
• I hissed loudly on sighting that, "how long will this line last? I asked myself, I'm not in any way ready to wait for this long for my turn." I complained to no one in particular.
• I wondered where they all came from, since it was night. Past ten, I said loud after checking my phone to know what the time was. Is it that they all had emergencies this night? Or perhaps, they are paying for something else? I wondered. Not like I was concerned about that, but the fact that their presence here will delay the urgency I have to go see Sonia, that is what's getting me all vexed.
