Chapter 24

• After breakfast that morning, everyone were set to leave the house for the activities of the day. I was to drop the kids at their school before going to my work place. The driver will drop my husband off at the airport.
• I would have preferred I did so myself, but there was no time for it. I needed to be early at work today and I needed to drop the children off at school and time wasn't on our side.
• Before we left for school? The kids asked for sometime with their father. I needed time with him as well, but I had to act like it doesn't matter, even when I knew that deep down, I missed him badly already.
