Chapter 33

• I was informed that the meeting I was anticipating will be held in less than twenty minutes time. So, I had to do a little bit of a rehearsal on my own, before referring anyone or doing so with anyone. I was nervous, real nervous. This was going to be my first official meeting as a Manager, then I will understand what it means to made decision under pressure. The more I thought about it, the scarier the idea became in my head. Probably, I needed some practice on it, instead of taking so much time in a particular thing. I was really freaking out inside, but I prayed it doesn't embarrass me outside you know.
• I need some encouragement and the first person that came to my mind was, Alex. He is virtually that one person that knows me inside out. I picked up my phone and dialed his room number and waited, hoping he would be around to answer the call.
• "Hello." I heard his deep baritone voice through the phone.
