• I heaved a deep sigh as I tossed the file I was working with on my study desk. Ever since the morning dawned, I chose to isolate myself in my study room. It was the best way to avoid meeting Sierra after what transpired between us last night. It’s been over an hour now and this decision was starting to look like a wrong one. I’ve been unable to concentrate on my work thanks to my mind torturing me for the words I had spilled in anger last night.
• I combed through my hair frantically and leaned on the headrest of my swivel. I shouldn’t have taken out my anger on her. She was only trying to help but then again, whenever it came to my father I easily lost my cool. I should be apologizing to Sierra but that was my major problem now, I didn’t know how to or perhaps I was scared of how she would react, she probably hates me.
