Chapter 37

• “Oh, God!” I groaned as I flopped down on the bed.
• I had been working for hours and I was so damn tired. Every part of my body was hurting. It was literally so unbearable, and acutely painful. I was so tired of it, and I wanted some level of peace now. I wished I could get that, and not this stress that seemed to surround me now.
• I closed my eyes and sought for sleep on a hungry stomach. I had not eaten at all throughout the day, and I only drank tap water to quench the taste. The water was not good for drinking, but it wasn’t like I had a choice. I was about to faint.
