Chapter 22

• I snuggled closer to the pillow. It’s warmth was super captivating, and I liked it so much. I sighed as I pulled my legs closer. I really didn’t want to wake up from this sleep, even though I was awake.
• “Find her!”
• My eyes shut open at once. That was Alpha Gunnolf’s voice. He sounded like he was pissed to the core of him, and there was a mistaken sound of anguish. During my time as a scientist, I had taken a course in psychotherapy to understand the human nature, and here, I was seeing it in full, and I knew I wasn’t wrong.
