Chapter 67

• Dani opened her eyes in a strange room. She sat up immediately, looking around the room and wondering where she was. It took a moment for her to remember that she had been in the car with Luciano a while ago which meant she must have fallen asleep, she wondered how long it was that she had been sleeping for. She got out of the bed and yawned. The room got familiar but she noticed they changed a couple of things in the room and added new decorations compared to the last time she was in the room. The bed was bigger now too. Maybe that’s why she didn’t recognize the room at first. She walked to the restroom to ease herself as she felt pressed. While in the restroom. She heard a knock at the door and quickly flushed and washed her hands.
• She rushed to the door expecting it to be Luciano but it wasn’t. It was Lydia, his housekeeper.
