• “Are you sure you got everything? Never mind, if you forgot anything you can always come back here. I am going to miss having you around, my darling,”
• Danielle’s best friend said to her and hugged her again. They were in her parking lot with all of Danielle’s bags in his car. He waited patiently for them to be done saying goodbye even though they had been at it for over ten minutes now. Not to mention the twenty minutes they spent inside the apartment while he got a lecture from her best friend on how best to treat Danielle. The same friend that called him two days ago to give him a warning. He liked her. She was protective of Danielle; it was rare to have friends who would stand by one in all things. It was so obvious that she loved Danielle and wanted the best for her.
