Chapter 19
- “You will work for me until I say otherwise, Danielle,”
- He told her as he drove into his mansion. Funny how Danielle has been the only woman he has ever let into his mansion. Well, aside from Lydia, an older woman who has been working for him as his cleaner for years now. She only comes in twice a week to clean. She doesn’t live in the mansion so he barely sees her unless he works from home. Every other person who worked for him in his house was male and he kept it that way. So yeah, only Danielle and Lydia. He didn’t have any family members. he lost his parents at a very young age. He was raised by his uncle and his wife until they both also died in a car accident when he had been only thirteen years old. He learned the art of living and surviving on his own at a very young age and never tried to let anyone close to him. The women he dated only knew his hotels or Penthouses. Even before Danielle started working for him, his secretaries before her never once came to his house. He realized he acted differently with Danielle. Maybe because she was different. He didn’t want to give it too much thought. Especially not when she was currently trying to quit and leave him. He parked the car and unlocked the door. Danielle jumped out before he could get out and started walking back to the gate. He rolled his eyes and walked fast. She tried to run but with her small legs, she didn’t go far.
- “Let me go, let me go,”
