Chapter 57

• Kyra was bent over the toilet as she retched. She’s been like that for a few minutes and right now, her throat was hurting badly, and the same could be said for her insides. She felt like she was about to vomit all her insides out, her throat was burning like she drank acid.
• When the urge to vomit finally died and her insides became calm, Kyra sat back on the floor of the toilet and she wiped her mouth with the back of her hand.
• She raised her hand up to look at it and saw blood. She kept staring at it like it was something foreign, but she did not look surprised at all; this was not the first time she was vomiting blood.
