Chapter 215 Suffocating
- My body tensed, my spine straightened, and my eyes widened. Every hair on the back of my neck and arms stood up. My lips parted as electricity zapped through the air. I could feel his eyes burning holes into the top of my head. I was naked, exposed, and still sore from Chance. I was mad at him, disgusted with what I’d seen earlier, and I’d sworn I wouldn’t waste anymore time on him.
- Yet my nipples hardened, my thighs squeezed together, and I wanted him to pull on my hair like he’d done the first time. Korra was oddly quiet. Or maybe his presence had the same reaction on her as it did on me. It wasn’t even a maybe at this point. I knew she was as stunned as I was. I wasn’t scared, and I wasn’t ashamed. I felt confident in my actions after what I’d caught him doing. No, it was fear, or shame I felt; it was excitement.
- The need to see the expression on his face and the anger in his eyes made me brave. I turned my head to look back over my shoulder, but his claws scratched my skull as his fingers gripped my hair tight. I bit down on my lip to stop myself from crying out. I was on my knees, my back turned, vulnerable beneath the demon that had me at his mercy. Goosebumps broke out all over my body and sweat, or slick, dripped down my thigh. The silence was loud and his breathing ragged.
