• Peri was relieved that she did not have any infection that was caused by her intercourse with Asher. It was instead caused by the cough she had and was given the proper medication by the doctor. The latter gave her a meaningful look before she and Asher left the clinic.
• “Don’t forget to come back if you have any problem, alright?” the doctor reminded her kindly.
• “Yes, I will, doc. Thank you again,” Peri answered politely.
