Chapter 50

• After I was discharged, Sarah picked me up, complained a bit that I ruined her weekend and that the walk back to the beach house with Zero was a nightmare as was the rest of the ride, that even her friends they complained about him. I played dumb and didn't care, when we got home we cleaned up the mess a bit and then later that afternoon Kyle showed up with Charlie and Thomas to see me.
• The three of them were very nice, the Smith brothers brought me donuts and Kyle spent a few hours with me, talking and of course apologizing. I took advantage of the moment to invite him to the orphanage to help us with the repairs, I agreed to go on the condition that he agreed to go to the movies and have dinner with him, it didn't seem like a bad idea to me so I accepted. Charlie and Thomas decided they would help too so Sarah ended up agreeing too.
• Jay, on the other hand, hasn't stopped being very aware of me, he texts me daily and calls me at the end of the day to check that I'm okay, it's very sweet of him to worry about me. As for my parents, when they found out they made a whole drama, breastfeed and take a plane just to see if I was okay, luckily Sarah convinced them that it had just been a scare and that I was perfect.
