Chapter 127
- I finish fixing my backpack, stuff some more money in it and sling it over my shoulder, walk into the kitchen and grab a post-it and scribble a note to Sarah even though I highly doubt she's going to spend the weekend here. . I let you know that I won't be back until Sunday. I leave the apartment and go down to the lobby of the building, sighing before leaving and walking towards the nearest bus stop.
- I put my headphones on and I melt into the chords of the music of Bruno Mars, I get on the bus that will take me to the airport and once there I pass the check-up and walk to the waiting room, I take a deep breath when I drop into the chair cold metal. This is crazy and I'm sure if Zero finds out he'll want to kill me, but I need to know what's wrong with him, if I don't know, how the hell can I help him? They ask us to board the national flight that will take us to California, I get on the plane and sigh once more, super nervous, because I don't know what I'm going to find and if I can really talk to someone who can tell me what the hell is going on.
- I spend the entire flight sleeping, for some reason no matter how much I sleep and rest I can't stop feeling tired and recently a slight pain has settled in my head, which is relieved thank God with painkillers. By the time we land my nerves are getting bad, I'm looking for a place to stay for the night, the plan is to find the address Steve gave me and try to talk to someone there.
