• When I return to the house everyone is sitting in the kitchen chatting pleasantly, as soon as I enter Lili's apprehensive look makes me roll my eyes but after that I drop next to Kyle, none of my friends mention the strong argument we had Lili and I, everyone knows that music is a complicated and delicate topic for me, that even though I love it and I'm a genius at it, it implies too many things to play again.
• After relaxing a bit thanks to Thomas and Charlie's comments and jokes we all laugh as we talk about the crazy night they had at Madness the day before, of course I end up thinking about Jake once again, the awkwardness of having fucked the girl Kyle doesn't stop bothering me but as soon as he lets out that the craziest thing about his night was having been about to fuck Hanna all the discomfort disappears because even though he certainly likes her a lot, they both have nothing and even though it's a stupid excuse to make me feel a little better about myself, I take it.
