Chadwick thought about it for a moment. He was working extra hours, and it was obvious that Kate had gone home yesterday, so she definitely wouldn't be in the office today, which meant that she probably wouldn't check on him. And besides, Chadwick was no longer afraid of her checking on him. He didn't even know if he was going to keep his job, so why should he be afraid of her doing so? After comforting himself, he felt emboldened. After making a phone call to order food for the ladies, he went upstairs and asked one of the store's sales assistants to be in charge of the ladies' meals. Then, he walked out of the shopping mall right away and waited for Keith by the side of the road.
Soon after that, Chadwick saw Madison's familiar Porsche coming over. After the Porsche came to a stop right next to him, he pulled the car door open and got into the passenger seat. Then, he chided, "F*ck, you drive such a nice car and rampage around every single day. Those who don't know the truth would really think that you're the son of a rich family."
Keith didn't answer Chadwick back as usual, though. Instead, he smiled wanly and continued driving.
