Chapter 33 Bristle With Anger for a Confidante (2)
- Chadwick had no regrets about the fight and he attacked first because he had encountered such gangsters a lot. He had met such people in high school and college and had fought them many times. Later, he learned from his experiences that this kind of thug was actually a group of gangsters who bullied the weak and feared the strong. If one really showed fear of them, they would intensify their efforts in bullying you. Or worse, they might do just about anything.
- However, things would turn out differently if one acted more ruthlessly than them. They would be afraid of you. The whole ideology was similar to the fighting philosophy that Chadwick had taught Finn. Either you don't fight or be ruthless if you want to fight. Let the other party fear you from the depths of their hearts.
- Yet, things did not seem to be in Chadwick's favor this time, and he ended up at the police station. In the meantime, he was powerless as to how the situation would end up. He had no regrets about ending up in detention or prison because he was not a person who liked to regret the choices he made. Besides, he seemed to have no other choice under the circumstances at that moment.
