- Victoria sat in the corner of the room, carefully watching the interaction between Abigail and Logan. There was a real warmth between them—something rarely seen in Logan's usually cold demeanor.
- “Looks like I'm being left out,” she muttered quietly, more to herself. But, strangely, a small smile still adorned her face.
