Chapter 22
- Practically every corner in Chelsea was filled with people on a late Friday night. Excitement rushed through Dani’s blood as she got out of the cab and walked down to the corner where the club was.
- Even from afar, anyone could see the ridiculously long line that had formed around the block. Her strappy high heels were audible against concrete, turning heads from people in line. She walked past all of them, gathering a couple of glares. She stopped in front of the suited bouncer by the door.
- She didn’t even have to open her mouth. She merely smiled at him, and he let her in without a word.
