• I dropped my eyes at the folder. It was opened, and I found a half-body picture of myself and several pages of information about my personality, including my name, family background, and accomplishments.
• "I would like to apologize for the way I treated you when you first arrived here. I mistook you for Veronica since you look exactly alike," he said, sounding sincere. "My headmaid, Mrs. Tess, told me about your strange actions and behavior, things that I knew Veronica would never do. That's when I decided to have my agent investigate you. I couldn't understand why your father denied you, but I won't pry any further since it seems like a family matter."
