Chapter 40 Gina's Advise

• I got to the kitchen and drank a cup of water, then turned back and headed for the party immediately. When I passed the corridor where I had met the two Alphas, there was no one there, they had both left.
• I got to the party hall and walked in, I had already missed the whole show. King Damon had already performed the rituals, he had pronounced the lady as Alpha. I could see the excitement on her face, I just hope everything works out fine and the other Alphas don’t become a problem to her.
• I walked back to my throne and sat down. King Damon was also seated; he did not even look in my direction, let alone talk to me. I needed to talk to him; I wanted to tell him what had happened, what I had heard the two alphas saying. I also wanted to know what had happened the night I was abducted, I still don’t understand why Alpha Stark would deny abducting me, something he would have bragged about on a normal day.
