Chapter 120 Simon Poisons The King

• Monica walked from one end of the castle to another in search of her mate; Alpha Damon was nowhere to be seen and she couldn’t get through to him with mind-linking. She could still sense him close but couldn’t pin his location.
• After searching all the rooms she expected him to be, without finding him… she decided to go and ask the one person who knew everything that happened in the palace, her very best friend and maid; Gina. Even if Gina didn’t see with her eyes, she must have overheard someone or somewhere, there was nothing that went on in the royal house she wasn’t aware of.
• Monica hurried to the Maid’s quarters where she expected to find her friend… the maids bowed as she approached them, and she acknowledged their presence as well. Even though she didn’t spend much time with them, she made sure that they got the best treatment while doing their job.
