• Humming to herself, Paulina was satisfied with keeping things tidy, which wasn't difficult since Simon wasn't the messy type and the apartment was smaller than her former employer's house.
• The night before Simon's return, she had explored every room. The decoration in all the rooms was in neutral tones, without many adornments, and somewhat impersonal in her opinion, which matched Salvatore's personality.
• The living room had a gray U-shaped sofa, where nine people could sit and still have space; a wooden coffee table with a glass top; a rack with two drawers, space to accommodate books and the sound system, DVD, and games, with a panel for the flat-screen TV. In the corner, there was a small bar with two stools.
