• In my life there have been two moments where I have felt that time had truly stopped. Two times where life grinded to a sudden halt and everything seemed to move in slow motion as I was utterly powerless to stop it.
• The first time was that dreadful moment when I confessed to Daniel in the suite--when he said nothing I wanted to hear in return and I watched his face fall as he realized he could never tell me he felt the same way. I'm thankful everyday that things went differently and Daniel finally faced his own feelings.
