Chapter 48 Retaliation By The Divorced Heiress
- When Bella had eaten all of the chocolate, she jokedly stuffed the other half of the bar into Steven's suit pocket and rubbed his chest. "Well. You're in reasonably good shape. A beat skipped in Steven's heart. She had teased him so much that his mouth was dry and his cheeks were hot. Bella was four years Bella's senior. At the time, Wyatt held Steven's father in high regard as the head of the legal department at KS Group. Thus, Steven used to go to Yara Park a lot as a teenager. Steven could still clearly recall their initial encounter in Yara Park's backyard. From a distance, he noticed a lovely young girl, fully clothed in a costume, dancing.
- He massaged his eyes, believing himself to be hallucinating. But that little angel “flew” to him. She appeared dreamy because she was dressed like a spotless white angel. "Hey, what candies do you have?" In one fluid move, Bella got off her skateboard, stepped on its edge, and grasped onto it. "What?" Steven went into a panic. He scolded himself in private for thinking such dirty thoughts about a tiny child. However, that girl was really beautiful. She had a divine appearance. Anyone who glanced at her would be fascinated by her. “Never mind…” With a disappointed groan, Bella set down her skateboard and turned to walk away when Steven caught her arm. He could have wrapped his fingers around her slender arm.
- "Hold on." With pursed lips, Steven pulled a chocolate bar out of his pocket and gave it to her. "Is everything all right?" Indeed! I really appreciate it. Bella accepted the chocolate, cracked open the wrapper, and gave it a big smile. Her lovely eyes narrowed with delight. From then on, Steven brought chocolates or candy with him to Yara Park every time, acting as if he were on a snack cart on wheels. He persisted in this behavior to this day. Bella would go to him for sweets as long as she wanted them. It was a heated news conference.
