Chapter 18

• Just as she got into his car, she checked for his location. One of the things that had made her so sure Nick wasn’t doing anything behind her back was because he shared her location with her and she could always figure out where he was at. She let out a sad laugh as she realized just how foolish she had been to blindly believe his lies.

• She told herself as she started the car and drove out of the hotel to his current location. His penthouse in the city. It took her more than two hours to make it to the location and she was glad when the security man at the gate let her in without questioning her. He knew her because she had been here more times than she could count.
